We believe that everyone is inherently creative, and that creativity is inherently transformative. rEvolution Arts & Integration is dedicated to fostering an understanding of the vital relationship between creative expression and improved quality of life.

Our objectives are:

* To integrate the arts into the programming and activities of institutions, including residences for the elderly, corrections facilities and organizations supporting re-entry, veterans’ groups, facilities for people with disabilities, hospices and medical centers addressing the needs of New Yorkers affected by 9/11.

* To integrate artists into their communities by offering training, teaching and presentation opportunities and a forum for networking and exchange.

* To integrate mind, body, breath and creativity by incorporating elements of yoga and meditation into our workshops.

* To integrate research and evaluation into our programming in order to contribute to the growing field of Arts in Healthcare and Human Services.

 

Presently, we partner with The Stein Senior Center to offer creative writing to individuals with early stages Alzheimer's, and with The Fortune Society to provide creative writing programs to women in an Alternative To Incarceration program.

rEvolution Arts & Integration is a sponsored project of Fractured Atlas, a non-profit arts service organization. Contributions in behalf of rEvolution Arts & Integration may be made payable to Fractured Atlas and are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
